About Us

Menopause support is often hard to find, hard to trust, and hard to navigate. Perimenopause and menopause can affect sleep, mood, energy, focus, confidence, and overall wellbeing. Yet many women still find themselves searching through conflicting advice, vague wellness claims, and information that does not clearly explain what is happening or what to do next. Too often, women are left feeling dismissed, confused, or unsure where to begin.

Neopause is founded on a deeper clinical understanding of hormones and midlife health. That matters, because menopause is not just a list of symptoms. It can affect multiple systems and many parts of daily life. Our approach is shaped by endocrinology expertise and designed to support the whole person with practical, evidence-based guidance that women can actually use.

About the Founder

Neopause was founded by Dr Shamin Ramasamy, a Consultant Endocrinologist and Diabetes with over two decades of clinical experience in the UK and Malaysia.

Her specialist training at centres including Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital and King’s College Hospital, London, gave her deep expertise in endocrinology, reproductive hormonal health, and complex metabolic care. Over the years, she saw how often women were dealing with disruptive midlife symptoms while still struggling to find clear answers, joined-up support, or confidence about where to seek help.

The problem was not just the symptoms themselves. It was the lack of clear, credible, joined-up support around them. Neopause was created to close that gap.

Dr Shamin’s vision is to build a trusted platform where women can begin with understanding, move into personalised support, and access broader expert care when needed. By combining endocrinology-led insight with practical guidance and a wider support ecosystem, Neopause aims to make this stage of life less confusing and far more supported.

Asha Menon

Asha Menon

CEO of Neopause

Asha Menon has spent more than two decades at the intersection of people, leadership and the realities of working life.

As CEO of Neopause, she is bringing that experience to a subject that has spent far too long being whispered about rather than designed for: women’s health at work.

For Asha, menopause is not simply a women’s health conversation. It is a leadership, talent and business conversation.

Across a career spanning six countries and multiple industries, Asha has led People & Culture functions, advised CEOs and executive teams, shaped organizational cultures and challenged conventional thinking about how people experience work. A qualified lawyer and seasoned HR and culture leader, her experience spans employment law, organizational transformation, DEI, leadership development, employee wellbeing and the future of work.

She has held senior regional leadership roles with organizations including SOCAR Mobility, ZALORA, REA Group Asia, Agility Logistics and Citigroup, and has advised, trained and facilitated leaders across ASEAN.

At Neopause, Asha leads the corporate strategy, partnerships and workplace proposition, with a clear ambition: to move menopause beyond awareness and into the way organizations lead, design work and support their people. Her approach is deliberately human, commercially grounded and practical enough to translate conversation into meaningful workplace change.

This work is also personal in its conviction. Asha believes women should not have to quietly adapt themselves to workplaces that were never designed around the realities of their lives. She is passionate about creating informed leaders, psychologically safe conversations and workplace cultures where women can continue to lead, contribute and thrive through every stage of life.

Alongside Neopause, Asha continues selectively as a Culture Strategist, executive facilitator and trainer, and is the Founder of AMTalent Partners.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief:
“Women do not become less ambitious, capable or valuable as they move through midlife. Workplaces simply need to become more intelligent about how they support them”.

And that is what Asha wants Neopause to change. Not by turning menopause into another corporate initiative, but by making it part of how good workplaces understand women.
